| Tasting notes : From this long work in our cellar , we have a rosé wine with a light rose limpid colour.
This terroir, located south, gives us a wine with a structured and generous mouth, with fruits aromas.
To be served ideally at 10°, this wine can be served with provençale cooking : Aïoli, Bouillabaisse, fishes but also alone, as an aperitif.
